No. Monthly plans cancel anytime, and annual plans are one payment for twelve months at a reduced rate. Enterprise runs on a Stripe Quote with terms you agree to up front.
Is billing HIPAA-safe?
Payments run through Stripe and never touch PHI. Echopad operates under a BAA with SOC 2 Type II controls and zero data retention on clinical content.
What if we outgrow our included seats or credits?
Add a 5-user block or a one-time AI credit top-up any time, both bill on the same invoice and prorate immediately, no plan change required.
